What sets infrared saunas apart from traditional and steam saunas?

The fundamental difference lies in heat application. Conventional saunas rely on a single heater to warm the air, thereby heating the user. In contrast, infrared saunas leverage cutting-edge therapy to induce heat generation within the body, with a minimal percentage of heat allocated to warming the air. This yields a more intense sweat at a lower ambient air temperature. Infrared saunas typically function within a temperature range of 115° – 150°F, whereas traditional saunas often reach temperatures exceeding 195°F. Infrared saunas offer relaxation and health benefits at a more comfortable temperature, and their dry sauna design is often preferred by users.

Using the Infrared Saunas:

Infrared saunas are safe, but users should take precautions: avoid alcohol before or during sessions to prevent dehydration and health risks; gradually increase session duration to build heat tolerance; and stay hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after. As you begin your sauna journey, enjoy the calming effects of chromotherapy, heat, and music. After three sessions, you’ll feel relaxed and start to experience health benefits. By the fourth session, detoxification begins, helping eliminate toxins and burning calories. From the ninth to sixteenth sessions, you'll notice improved circulation, reduced aches, and glowing skin as your body fully acclimates. Continuing beyond the seventeenth session signifies a commitment to lifestyle change, with reduced stress, better sleep, and deep cellular detoxification, leading to noticeable results.
